REQUIREMENTS

  • Possesses a degree, preferably in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accountancy, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) are an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong domain and technical-functional knowledge in risk management solutions, including Basel, IFRS 9, Liquidity, Credit Risk, and Banking Regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, and SAS preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with advanced skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and client management abilities.
  • Proficient in business-level English, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of working independently, multitasking, and managing projects effectively.
  • Works efficiently against demanding timelines.
  • A high-performing, coachable team player who prioritizes continuous development, puts clients first, and exemplifies a values-driven mindset.
Responsibilities

WORK YOU’LL DO

Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Regulatory & Financial Risk practice in Southeast Asia. We provide risk transformation, data and modeling solutions focusing on some of the unique and complex issues our clients are facing. We advise our clients how to optimize compliance programs, standardize processes and transform compliance to protect their value across the business, while building great visibility, efficiency and confidence for the future.
You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization.

The nature of the work we do includes:

  • Collaborate with teams to understand client requirements and business objectives, providing insights to resolve technical and functional challenges.
  • Support client presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating solutions while building and nurturing strong client relationships to exceed expectations.
  • Conduct thorough requirement gathering to develop tailored business solutions and validate them against client standards.
  • Leverage expertise in relevant technologies and tools while staying updated on emerging trends and regulatory developments to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with consultant, senior consultants, managers, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
  • Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery, managing risks and issues effectively.
  • Engage in learning and development initiatives to fulfill training and qualifications.
  • Support client relationship management activities and contribute to proposal development, bids, and market opportunities to expand the firm’s footprint.
