Join the winning team now!Work you’ll do Support the HR function, HR Director, management, and employees in strengthening work relationships, building morale, and contributing to retention initiatives. Assist in driving continuous improvements and developments across the firm. Monitor and support line management by providing guidance on HR policies to help ensure consistent and fair practices. Contribute to change programs and new projects by assisting with implementation and adoption efforts across the organization. Help resolve employee relations matters and handle grievances with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when needed. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring smooth and compliant processes for employees. Support HR operations tailored to local workforce needs and business requirements, following best practices. Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to contribute to talent strategies, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning efforts. Provide support in performance management processes, including career development discussions, coaching, and disciplinary procedures under guidance. Collaborate with the recruitment team on workforce planning and talent acquisition activities. Help ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by supporting policy interpretation and application. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support reward and recognition activities. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist or in HR operations. Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across different levels of the organization.
