OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers placing to-go orders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be essential in delivering our high standards of hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Familiarity with food service operations and guest services is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
