As a global Talent Acquisition Team, we focus on finding great talents, anticipating business needs, and supporting our hiring managers to hire successfully. We are aiming for successful long-term hires and driving an innovative recruiting process with a great candidate experience.
We are currently looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be aligned to our G&A (Corporate) and Marketing departments.

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for corporate departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR) and marketing teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and professionalism.
  • Maintain and update ATS records, ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
