  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
  • Analyse current and future workforce requirements and proactively source talent for key positions.
  • Forecast hiring needs and manage recruitment pipelines for various roles across departments.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the recruitment team, ensuring goals are met and high-quality service is delivered.
