The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading Nestlé’s full life cycle recruiting team, supporting multiple operating companies through strong client and candidate relationship management, and providing consultative services to hiring teams. This leader defines, develops, implements, and drives a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to deliver top talent aligned with business objectives in demanding customer market conditions.
This position will be based in Nestlé’s Solon, Ohio offices, and will lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that supports Nestlé’s Technical, Procurement, Supply Chain, and R&D organizations across the United States. The role requires a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and a passion for building diverse, capable teams that drive innovation and performance.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in human resources, business, marketing, or related field
  • Master’s Degree in human resources or business preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • 8 or more years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment
  • 3 or more years of people management experience
  • Recruitment experience in a large corporation preferred
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components, including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes, and relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct competency-based recruitment
  • Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of multiple stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates, and utilizing diverse sourcing channels
  • Demonstrated ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social and digital media
  • Ability to apply business knowledge into practical solutions based on business strategy or organizational changes
  • Must be able to manage competing demands and be extremely agile
  • Excellent presentation, project management, writing, and verbal communication skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of leaders
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to understand and interpret data, analyze trends and identify actionable insights
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
