Position Summary The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as a highly skilled, strategic recruiting partner responsible for full lifecycle (end to end) recruitment for confidential, niche, and mid management to senior level roles across the organization. This individual will report directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition and lead searches that require discretion, industry expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and educate hiring leaders. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Talent Acquisition within complex industrial, chemical, or manufacturing environments, someone who combines executive search caliber recruiting with the ability to build relationships, drive process discipline, and deliver a high touch, high impact candidate and hiring manager experience while focusing on continuous improvement of all TA programs and processes.
