JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or similar field of study preferred

WORK EXPERIENCES:

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Proficient use of applicant tracking tools (Workday preferred) and web-based recruiting resources required
• Multi-discipline recruiting experience preferred
• Retail experience preferred

• Ability to influence through effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively contribute to a team environment

• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting within Store Operations, to include District Manager, store salaried, and corporate openings.
• Support store leaders as a consultative partner on hourly staffing.
• Involved in strategy planning leading into peak hourly hiring season.
• Partner with internal business partners, talent acquisition team members and external business partners
• Deliver superior customer service to all involved with the full life cycle talent acquisition process and workflow
• Partner with Stores HR to ensure recruiting strategies align with succession plans
• Manage the offer & negotiation process with hiring managers and candidates to meet and achieve business objectives
• Provide valuable interview feedback to hiring managers and influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the hire
• Consult with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the position to create a recruiting strategy to support, attract and select top talent
• Establish rapport and meet regularly with business partners to understand staffing model and growth projections
• Develop a constant pool of candidates for key positions at all levels
• Utilize various recruiting sources to identify candidates, including internet, networking and referrals
• Assist internal associates in the pursuit of new opportunities within the company
• Provide status reports, hiring trends and analysis to management
• Assist with various projects as required
• Lead TA meetings and initiatives in partnership with TA Manager
• Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and presentations
• Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules
