Role: Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist Total Experience: 5-10 years Working Model: 5 days working from Magarpatta City, Pune office Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a recruiter, you will assist in sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates for various positions within our organization. You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and availability. Coordinate interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in preparing interview questions and materials for hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Communicate with candidates promptly and professionally throughout the recruitment process. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs and campus recruitment activities as needed. Provide administrative support to the HR team as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: More than 5 years in technical recruitment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred. Previous experience in technical recruitment, is a must. Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
