Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Talent & HR Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing recruitment and onboarding processes while fostering a positive company culture. Your expertise in HR administration, employee relations, and compliance will help ensure smooth operations and a great experience for both candidates and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for various roles.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Maintain consistent and precise communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent the organization at career events, job fairs, and online platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract quality candidates.
  • Manage onboarding credentialing for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) using systems like Paylocity and MedTrainer.
  • Track credentialing approvals, denials, and workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Lead onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote the company’s mission, values, and a strong organizational culture.
  • Address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, and maintain compliance with employment laws.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in managing onboarding processes and using HRIS platforms like Paylocity.
  • Strong understanding of credentialing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking workflows and maintaining records.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates, employees, and leadership.
  • Experience representing organizations at career fairs and other recruitment events.
