Job Description Responsibilities: Tax Compliance & Filing: Assist in preparing and filing VAT and Corporate Tax returns in accordance with KSA tax laws and FTA guidelines. Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all returns. Tax Data Review & Analysis: Support the team in reviewing financial records, identifying discrepancies, and validating tax-related entries. Escalate potential issues to senior tax staff. Documentation & Record Management: Maintain organized tax documentation, correspondence, and working files for audit readiness and compliance purposes Research & Continuous Learning: Conduct basic research on tax laws, updates, and rulings. Summarize findings and maintain a learning log under the guidance of senior staff. Administrative & Team Support: Update internal databases, track tax submission deadlines, and perform clerical or support tasks as assigned by the Tax Team Leader. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in VAT and Corporate Tax within UAE & KSA. Extensive understanding of KSA VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations (FTA framework) Working knowledge of, GAAP, and IFRS. Experience in Risk management, compliance, and audit in the financial services sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax filing platforms. Familiar with ERP systems Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory). Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing tax laws.
