Responsibilities 1.与重点客户及经销商合作,负责新品的买进,门店促销及店面陈列;负责推动渠道客户的生意拓展; 2.确保所在区域门店陈列达到该区域"黄金陈列标准";渠道进行销售分析和发展策略计划;3.与区域经销商讨论并提供潜在客户名单;研究区域竞争对手、消费者及市场的状况,并提出相应改善建议; 4.在所负责区域内拓展新的AB店,开拓市场;研究TT或MT渠道运作的合理性,建议运作模式;5.在所在区域提供准确有效的协助,确保重点客户的店内执行稳步提升与门店理货员一起工作,提供必要辅导,定期进行一对一的反馈; 6.每周与团队成员开展切实有效的例会。 Qualifications 1、3-5年销售经验,其中部分必须为快速消费品行业 2、同时具备开发新市场及操作稳定市场的经验 3、大专及以上学历 4、专业的销售技能及谈判技巧销售计划及时间管理能力 5、有较强数据分析能力者优先 6、较强的执行力及团队合作精神 7、积极热情以及较强的学习能力 8、熟练操作微软办公室软件
