Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Headquarters - Lancaster, PA 17601Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: M-Fri 3:00pm to 11:30pmSr Team Lead position is available for an experienced applicant who enjoys working in a warehouse environment. The qualified candidate would have experience leading and directing teams of individuals who are responsible for picking-packing orders and forklift operators. This is a great opportunity for a successful candidate to have a career path to one day become a supervisor. Shift is: Monday through Friday, 3:00pm until 11:30pm. Individual will be required to arrive 30 minutes prior to start of shift to meet with first shift for a “hand-off” meeting. OT will be required and is normally added on to the end of the shift. Weekends will also be required based on business need. Sr Team Lead Job Responsibilities: Assigns tasks to team members to optimize productivity Monitors the productivity of your team members, sharing numbers daily and coaching underperformers Auditing the quality of work performed by team members and giving feedback as necessary Assists FF Supervisor/Sr FF Supervisor with documentation, job set-ups and paperwork Maintaining high standards for professional conduct Onboarding and training new hires Giving feedback as necessary for productivity, performance reviews, or workplace conduct Approving time cards and completing required documentation for attendance. Listening to feedback and resolving issues from your team, escalating as necessary Promoting a safe and motivating workplace and atmosphere Communicating end of day updates for the next shift Qualifications. Qualifications: Ability to handle multiple tasks while under pressure and work in a team environment. Must be able to provide leadership to team members on various projects. A minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team is required. Strong communication skills in writing and verbal. Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision. Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred. Must be able to lift and carry/move up to 50 lbs. Previous experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred, but not required. Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
