Facts & Figures 40 hours per week Lead a span of control of approximately 180 employees, including around 30 direct reports, fostering a strong engineering culture, and continuous learning. Within the organisation, you are a pivotal member of the Area Triangle Engineering Services (Area Lead, Senior Tech Lead, Business Architect) and the Sub-area Triangle Consumer Services, contributing to the strategic vision and IT roadmap of both the tribe and the area. Top Responsibilities Shape and execute the enterprise-wide cloud delivery strategy, aligning multi-cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with the broader Tech4Engineering vision and influencing long-term technology direction across the bank. Drive organizational transformation through advanced S@S/DevOps maturity, embedding engineering excellence into operating models and integrating delivery practices for continuous improvement at scale. Establish executive-level stakeholder engagement and governance, navigating complex political landscapes, influencing strategic decisions, and ensuring alignment across technology, business, and regulatory priorities.
