SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER (TEMP-TO-PERM)

Location: Wilmington, MA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week onsite, with occasional travel to Nashua, NH)
Pay Rate: $55–$65/hr (Depending on experience)
We’re partnering with a cutting-edge technology company to find a Senior Technical Recruiter for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role will join a growing Talent Acquisition team and report directly to the Director of TA. You’ll own a portfolio of high-priority technical requisitions and play a critical role in building teams that drive innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for ~10 active technical positions across software and hardware engineering
  • Recruit for roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, R&D Engineer, Machine Vision Specialist, Embedded Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Full Stack Engineer, and other high-tech disciplines
  • Flex into recruiting for non-technical roles (e.g., Operations) when needed
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and create effective sourcing strategies
  • Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth interview process
  • Conduct initial interviews, manage scheduling, and coordinate onsite interviews (onsite attendance required for in-person candidate interviews)
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates to leadership
