The Mammography Technician is responsible for performing high-quality mammographic imaging procedures as prescribed by the physician. This role requires expertise in operating mammography equipment, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and producing accurate diagnostic images to aid in early detection of breast diseases. · Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or Medical Imaging. · Certification or specialization in Mammography (preferred, or willing to obtain). · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in radiology, with at least 1 year in mammography preferred. · Sound knowledge of breast anatomy, pathology, and positioning techniques. · Familiarity with digital mammography systems, radiation safety, and quality assurance practices. · Compassionate patient-care approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to work independently and manage female patients with professionalism and discretion. The Bone Densitometry Technician is responsible for operating dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) equipment to assess bone mineral density (BMD) in patients. The technician ensures accurate image acquisition, patient safety, and quality control while supporting the physician in the diagnosis of conditions like osteoporosis and osteopenia. · Diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology or Medical Imaging. · Certification or training in DEXA/BMD scanning (preferred). · Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a radiology or diagnostic imaging setting. · Knowledge of bone health conditions and interpretation basics of bone density values. · Familiarity with radiation safety standards and ALARA principles. · Excellent patient-handling skills and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. · Good communication skills and attention to detail.
