World Travel Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst with experience in the travel or cruise industry and a strong background in systems analysis, API documentation, and technical communication. This pivotal role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams between companies, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

• Requirements Analysis: Lead the documentation and verification of business and system requirements, ensuring they meet company and client needs.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and refine business processes to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects, working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, IT) to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• API Documentation & Troubleshooting: Create and interpret API documentation, troubleshoot system issues using tools like POSTMAN, Kibana, and Splunk, and analyze logs to resolve issues.
