Are you a hands-on ERP expert with a strong technical background and a passion for solving real-world business challenges? We’re seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with deep SyteLine (Infor CSI) experience to join our remote-first team.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has spent over a decade developing, customizing, and optimizing SyteLine ERP solutions, with the technical skillset to integrate modern technologies like .NET and AWS.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-10+ years with SyteLine/Infor CSI
• Strong command of Microsoft .NET technologies – T-SQL, VB.Net, SQL Server, SSRS
• Understanding of manufacturing environments and business workflows
• Experience integrating with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Background in ERP consulting or working directly with clients on tailored solutions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to lead independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines

• As a key technical leader, you’ll support client ERP systems through high-impact development and consulting services, including:
• Collaborating with clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective ERP solutions
• Leading technical discovery, architecture planning, and solution design
• Customizing and developing within SyteLine/Infor CSI environments
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation and functional specifications
• Contributing hands-on with .NET development, SQL Server Reporting, and VB.NET code when needed
• Testing, troubleshooting, and supporting ERP enhancements and integrations
• Managing priorities across multiple active projects
