Description
Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (E&E) is the team spearheading Microsoft’s marketing transformation, weaving a digital fabric that connects every customer to every seller at scale. Our bold vision is to turn marketing into a unified, always-on engine of growth by harnessing cutting-edge technology, AI-driven insights, and rich data. We are looking for a seasoned technical program manager to transform how we leverage customer and marketing data as well as standard governed taxonomies to execute targeted marketing tactics, sharpen AI models, improve signals to sales and increase insights derived from analytics. This includes ensuring we have all customer interactions with Microsoft’s marketing and sales tactics (web, social, events, email, phone calls, etc.) integrated with our Customer Data Platform and applying standard taxonomies such as product, channel, or geography to our data to leverage it more effectively. To achieve this, this role will be collaborating with key business stakeholders across sales and marketing, operations and engineering teams to define and implement business requirements, data requirements and standard taxonomies.
Responsibilities
The role involves transforming how customer and marketing data is leveraged, ensuring integration with the Customer Data Platform. Collaboration with key business stakeholders is essential to define and implement business and data requirements.
