Technical Program Managers (TPMs) own the delivery of larger engineering / technical challenges and transform engineering and operational excellence across our team. We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the transition and scale of our listing platform to support all of our experience use cases for eBay Sellers.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will independently lead one or more broad cross-organization technical initiatives from the early stages through release. You will be responsible for influencing organizational roadmap priorities, aligning dependent domain owners, and giving technical direction. This role acts as the main liaison between technical teams, product managers, and other business stakeholders and manages communication with stakeholders. You will guide the technical direction and decisions to deliver a solution that meets eBay’s standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, extensibility, simplicity, and operational excellence.
Day to day, you will be able to identify when a technical solution requires additional technical guidance and elevate back to teams. You will assist in providing high level technical feasibility, technical dependencies and associated risks during the planning process. You will explore relevant new technologies, tools, methods, and processes to improve prod/eng ways of working

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$132,000 - $212,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
