JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Sr. Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in managing and delivering effective communications within the Digital Workplace team. This position is responsible for intake, drafting, validation, and dissemination of service, product, and efficiency-related communications. The role requires collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Service Governance team, and the Central Communications team to ensure accurate and impactful messaging. Additionally, the Sr. Technical Project Manager will develop metrics to measure the impact of communications and explore innovative ways to leverage Microsoft capabilities within the Government Commercial Cloud High environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Communications Management:

  • Intake service, product, and efficiency communications from across Digital Workplace.
  • Draft clear and concise communications tailored to the intended audience.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and relevance.
  • Work with the Service Governance team to ensure timely dissemination of communications.
  • Comfort working with grey in order to support fluid Digital Workplace needs that need to be communicated to end users

Standard Operating Procedure Development:

  • Write and maintain the Digital Workplace Communications Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure consistency and quality in communication practices.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the Digital Workplace team to understand how communications can support programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Partner with the Central Communications team to coordinate and deliver communications intended for all employees.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and track metrics to measure the impact of communications, including customer engagement and overall effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and reports to leadership on communication outcomes and customer impact.

Innovation and Forward Thinking:

  • Explore and recommend ways to leverage existing and emerging Microsoft capabilities within the Government Commercial Cloud High environment to enhance communication strategies
  • Develop adoption strategies to support Digital Workplace Services
