Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Engineering project plans for acquisitions and divestitures, covering infrastructure, tools, processes, and people.
  • Partner with due diligence teams to identify integration complexities, risks, and opportunities, embedding findings into project plans.
  • Define integration/divestiture milestones, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with Engineering leadership.
  • Lead and facilitate preparation meetings with Subject Matter Experts and review sessions with Senior Leadership to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, tracking progress, and resolving critical blockers.
  • Foster collaboration by building strong relationships with acquired teams and internal SMEs, driving knowledge transfer, best practices, and continuous improvement
