As a Sr Technical Project Manager at Smartsheet, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of complex technical engagements. You will work with Customers, Account and PS Delivery teams, primarily overseeing engagements where Solutions Architects and Front End Developers are developing, building, testing, and deploying custom solutions for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of a project, the ability to manage the project lifecycle, and the skill to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers. You Will: Manage all aspects of technical projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships. Drive the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Smartsheet implementation. Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring smooth project execution. Work with Consultants, Solutions Architects & Front End Developers who are converting business requirements into solutions. Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status. Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical team. Ensure that engagements conclude with delighted clients that are willing to be referenced for new potential clients Handle multiple strategic engagements simultaneously Proactively mitigate and handle critical customer concerns and at-risk accounts; communicate optimally and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives.
