Talent 360 is hiring Technical Sales Engineer for one of its clients Job Requirements Generate new leads that might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions. Expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory by communicating effectively and regularly with the customers and assess their requirements and their future potential needs to ensure their satisfaction. Set sales plans in coordination with direct manager to achieve the sales objectives. Play an integral role in onboarding of new key clients. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Lead a joint company-key account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a long period of time. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows. Provide pre-sales technical assistance if needed. Stay up to date on new market trends especially relating to product specifications, new products, and products developments Present sales status reports to direct manager, those are useful to monitor & control sales aiming to improve the sales performance. Proactively manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction. Participate in collecting data about competitors and the company market share to assist the manager and department in setting and updating the sales plans. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in (Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Industrial) Engineering 3-5 years practical experience in customer service and sales, preferably in B2B Exposure to products such as life safety systems, current alarms, CCTV, solar, and medical technology. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent command of English Working Conditions Location: Masr Elgdeda Working Days: Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities
The Sr Technical Sales Engineer will generate new leads and expand existing accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also negotiate contracts and support marketing activities.
