POSITION SUMMARY

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. (ESS Inc.) is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Sr. Technical Recruiter with sales experience to support the CEO and Executive leadership team. This role acts as a central communication hub across departments, ensuring seamless coordination of executive, administrative, and project management tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years supporting executive-level leadership or working in a fast-paced coordination role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Salesforce and HRIS system experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Experience with creating professional communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Minimum 5 years supporting Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience working in a technical or engineering environment preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or managing liaison roles across multiple departments.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to take on “whatever it takes” to support business goals.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating marketing and sales support materials.
  • Professional certifications in recruiting or human resources preferred
  • Experience in Paycor Recruiting
  • Salesforce CRM
  • SAP Fieldglass or similar MSP

Responsibilities

PROJECT COORDINATION & LIAISON DUTIES

  • Serve as liaison between internal departments, project managers, and external agencies.
  • Track and coordinate executive projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns, proposals, business development quotes, and special assignments.
  • Maintain an organized repository of company performance data for bids and proposals.
  • Respond to new and existing customer qualification requests (including annual updates).
