In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the integrity, safety, and quality of every product. As part of the Sample Management & Incoming Testing Packaging team, you’ll take ownership of critical QC processes and help drive excellence in everything you do Key Responsibilities Manage and track QC samples — from receipt to destruction — including raw materials, packaging materials, and stability samples. Perform and review visual inspections for incoming packaging and pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards. Conduct preliminary investigations related to product complaints and stability testing, supporting quality-driven decisions. Provide logistical and operational support to the Analytical QC group, including stock management and procurement of consumables and lab equipment. Drive continuous improvement by contributing to LEAN and 5S initiatives, safety practices, and QC process optimizations Your Profile CFC Laboratory Technician degree or equivalent education/training. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a GMP/GDP or other regulated industry environment. Solid understanding of QC laboratory operations, safety protocols, and documentation standards. Proficiency with LIMS, Microsoft Office tools, and analytical techniques (IR, spectrocolorimetry, balance, etc.). Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in French and working knowledge of English
