Lamb Weston is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to help lead the implementation, optimization and support of our IT and OT network infrastructure. You will be part of a global team managing a multi-vendor environment, ensuring seamless connectivity and security across all our network platforms and vendors. Key Responsibilities Switching & Routing: SME in IT and OT LAN/WAN switching infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance with primarily Cisco and Allen-Bradley devices. Collaborate with controls engineers and OT teams to support PLC, SCADA, and HMI connectivity Wireless Infrastructure: SME in Cisco and Aruba wireless technologies and their enterprise ecosystems, including ISE and ClearPass Network Security: SME in Cisco and Fortinet firewalls including policy management, NAT, IPS/IDS, SSL inspection, VPN (IPSec/SSL), etc. Monitoring & Support: Technical expert in understanding monitoring protocols like SNMP and NetFlow to provide in-depth troubleshooting and fast issue resolution SDWAN: In-depth understanding of SDWAN architecture and ongoing operations, including policy management, traffic steering, and WAN optimization Cloud: Implementation experience with Aviatrix and deep understanding of cloud networking in AWS and Azure Automation: In-depth Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform) Documentation: Design and maintain network infrastructure documentation including high and low level design, runbooks and diagrams Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of experience of global, enterprise-level LAN/WAN network engineering Active certifications in Cisco, Aruba and Fortinet products and technologies Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience Deep expertise in Cisco switching, including advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Layer 2/3 design Proven SME-level experience with Cisco ISE — 802.1X, CoA, profiling, guest portals, and posture Strong hands-on experience with Aruba and Cisco wireless (APs, mobility controllers, controller management software) Solid working knowledge of Cisco Firepower/FTD, experience with Cisco ASA a plus Solid working knowledge of FortiGate firewalls, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer Experience designing and operating SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet SD-WAN, Cisco Viptela/Meraki, or equivalent) Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley Stratix OT switches and industrial Ethernet networking in manufacturing, utilities, or critical infrastructure environments and OT/ICS security frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, Purdue Model) and IT/OT network segmentation strategies Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, traceroute, packet captures, etc.) We offer you a challenging job in a dynamic and growing organization in the food industry.
