SENIOR MANAGER TECHNOLOGY, WEALTH MANAGEMENT

Comerica is hiring a Sr. Technology Manager who is passionate about delivering technical experiences to our colleagues in the wealth management space. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and provide a consultative approach in solving technical challenges to grow the business in trust, private banking, and financial advising.
The Senior Manager Technology provides thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient technical solutions. Leads the development of strategic plans for products and/or initiatives. Lead their resources to develop high level delivery plans based on a set of objectives (scope, delivery and technical approaches, risk, assumptions, staffing plans, other cost, and ongoing operational plans and cost). The Senior Manager Technology also oversees client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met or exceeded and coaches and mentors employees.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or other relevant technology degrees or equivalent through a combination of education and/or technology experience or High School diploma or GED and 12 years of progressively responsible experience
• 8 years of experience in Technology and proficiency
• 8 years of experience leading large, complex/critical technology projects
• 8 years of experience influencing strategy for large organizations 5 years of experience managing others

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• AWS Certification(s) highly desired
• Experience with MSFT Power Platform suite of applications (Power Automate, Power BI, etc)
• Technical breadth across all aspects of development; including front end and database engineering
• Domain knowledge in wealth management (inclusive of trust accounting, account maintenance, and customer acquisition)
  WORK BEST CATEGORY:Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
  HOURS:8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
