POSITION OVERVIEW:

DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME 3 to provide expert-level support in the development and refinement of advanced TechSIGINT applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TechSIGINT analysis and a deep understanding of legacy TechSIGINT applications. This role requires close collaboration with software development, systems engineering, and test teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software that meets mission requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in TechSIGINT analysis, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
• In-depth knowledge of legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.
• Experience with enterprise tools and technologies relevant to TechSIGINT analysis.
• Proven experience in leading outreach activities, capturing system requirements, developing test plans, and providing user training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (may be substituted for four years of experience).

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with ELINT, EWIRDB, and RTM is highly desirable.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to provide expert-level guidance and support in the development and refinement of TechSIGINT applications.
  Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
  Note: The above salary range is a guideline and represents a broad spectrum of potential compensation. We recognize that a candidate’s unique experience and qualifications may justify compensation beyond this range. Therefore, we remain open to considering higher salary offers for exceptionally qualified candidates.

• Capture and refine system requirements to ensure strong alignment between stakeholder needs and development priorities.
