We have an opportunity for a Sales Manager (Outside Sales) to join us at Honeywell, in Prague. The Sales Manager is responsible for the continuous growth of business volume in his/her assigned product line and territory. One of the most important aspects for success is solution-oriented communication backed by professional competence. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solution selling.
  • Technical/Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong customer orientation and confident business demeanor.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, partners, and key accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate price levels and manage the tender creation process.
  • Support the sales team with project planning and implementation and collaborate closely with the inside sales team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Implement and support marketing activities in the region (e.g., roadshows, exhibitions).
  • Develop a business plan for the region, including a strategy for new customer acquisition.
