THE ROLE:
Core Software System Engineering Team is seeking a highly qualified senior staff engineer with deep expertise in graphics driver architecture and development, as well as proficiency in developing and implementing test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in C++, Python, and C, with a focus on performance optimization. Experience with code quality and compliance tools, such as static analysis and automated code review, is essential.
The candidate should be able to leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity and have a solid understanding of game console validation and comparative analysis. A key responsibility will be to focus on automation and improving the strategy to modernize test automation processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for evaluating test results and compliance metrics. Additionally, knowledge of software compliance regulations and data protection laws is required, as well as familiarity with standards such as IEEE and ISO.
Excellent communication skills are crucial for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences is vital. The candidate should have experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and be familiar with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, while being capable of leading Agile teams.
