Description
Design, qualify, and maintain RF and precision analog test systems. Improve uptime of laser trimmers, package handlers, mechanical fixtures, and wafer probers through automated test software. Optimize test and factory automation using statistical analysis and data-driven insights. Validate test applications against customer specifications. Document and communicate test application details to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality systems through documentation and training of operators and technicians. Participate in peer reviews and support compliance for military and aerospace industry standards. Troubleshoot hardware using schematics, layout files, and test equipment. Support sustainment of sub-systems including electrical, mechanical, and digital components. Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. Experience in software development using Delphi PASCAL, C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Python (preferably for RF testing). Strong troubleshooting skills in electronic and mechanical systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics. Experience with electronics hardware design, manufacturing, or electrical component testing. Mastery of RF test methods and equipment: VNAs, spectrum analyzers, amplifiers, noise sources, power sensors/meters, signal generators. Experience with RF and optical transmitter, receiver, sampler, and transceiver test development. Background in continuous improvement initiatives and analytical problem-solving. Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, source meters, precision DMMs, BER testers, switching matrices, and power supplies.
