EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum GCE ’N’ Level qualification
• Certification in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support) ie. HMI, WSDip or any other related certification will be an advantage.
• Prior healthcare experience is an advantage.

TECHNICAL/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to communicate effectively in English and preferred mother tongue languages (Malay/ Mandarin/ Tamil/ Dialects)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking dedicated Sr Therapy Associate to join our Occupational Therapy department. In this role, you will work closely with our therapists to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

• Maintain accurate equipment loan records and track inventory.
• Assist Occupational therapist to schedule and coordinate appointments if necessary.
• Maintain therapy-related records.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
