Job location - Berlin Hybrid working model Job Description Your role Support the further development and harmonization of global compensation strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with market best practices and overall organizational objectives. Orchestrate the performance review process, providing strategic oversight to ensure alignment with business goals and talent strategies. Oversee the job architecture and grading frameworks, ensuring up-to-date consistency and scalability across the organization. Plan and manage the annual benchmarking process and conduct comprehensive compensation assessments to inform and refine the company's competitive positioning within the market. Conduct in-depth analyses of internal pay data to identify trends, address equity considerations, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance pay equity and the company’s marketcompetitiveness with the focus on the upcoming European Transparency Law. Shape communication and change management strategies to support the seamless implementation of compensation programs, fostering transparency and employee engagement. Stakeholder Collaboration and Guidance: Partner with the leadership to provide expertise on compensation matters. Collaborate with finance on compensation budgeting and forecasting for all total reward programs. Create and Present compensation reports, data, trends and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decisions. Qualifications What we are looking for: Demonstrated expertise in compensation or total rewards management within a high-performing HR environment with at least 5years of professional experience. Proven ability to conceptualize and implement advanced digital reward solutions, driving efficiency and innovation. Hands-on experience with Compensation modules in platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday Advanced Compensation is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including MS Excel and Google Sheets, with a focus on translating data insights into strategic actions.
