Key job responsibilities Your leadership will be crucial in: * Driving strategic initiatives that balance technical innovation with business impact * Breaking down complex challenges into actionable plans * Anticipating bottlenecks and orchestrating cross-functional solutions * Making smart trade-offs that keep us moving toward our mission Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent - 5+ years of hardware, software, system integration and test development of complex systems across the full product life cycle – concept to production. - 3+ years in a technical lead, systems engineer, or technical program management role with significant experience architecting and integrating HW and SW into a complex system. - 3+ years leading cross-functional teams delivering products on schedule. - Proficiency with at least one schedule tracking tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet or alternative. Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
