The role will support design development, authority approvals, and construction-phase traffic management in close coordination with highways, utilities, and construction teams. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of Traffic Impact Assessments (TIA) and supporting technical studies for road and transport infrastructure projects (greenfield and brownfield). Develop and manage TTM / work zone traffic management deliverables, including: Diversion plans, detour layouts, staging/phasing plans, lane closure schemes, and construction access/egress arrangements Temporary signage and road marking plans, traffic control devices, safety barriers, and pedestrian management (where applicable) Methodology narratives, risk assessments, and sequencing aligned with construction methodology and site constraints Manage Dubai RTA coordination and approvals for TTM/diversions, including preparation of submission packages, responding to RTA comments, and aligning with RTA requirements, standards, and typical details.
