Copperweld is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Treasury Analyst to support the company’s cash management, banking operations, and financial risk mitigation. This role is critical to ensuring liquidity, optimizing working capital, and maintaining compliance with debt covenants and treasury policies. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and ready to take ownership of treasury functions in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. WHAT we need you to do. * Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting across multiple bank accounts and entities * Monitor and reconcile cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting * Support short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting / budgeting and liquidity planning * Assist in managing banking relationships and executing wire transfers, ACH payments, and FX transactions * Support commodity hedging transactions as needed * Prepare treasury-related journal entries and account reconciliations * Support treasury-related internal controls and process improvements * Assist with treasury reporting for internal stakeholders and external auditors * Administer corporate travel and credit card programs * Serve as primary lender window for all banking requests. * Help evaluate and implement treasury technologies and banking platforms * Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed * Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Operations, and plant controllers. * Perform other duties as assigned WHAT you need to possess. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CTP certification a plus * 4–6 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting * Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial controls * Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (Plex, Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines * Effective communicator who can collaborate across departments * High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability * Experience with FX and/or commodity hedging preferred * Manufacturing or multi‑plant experience a plus.
