  • Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams throughout the design process to ensure accurate and practical implementation.
  • Present design concepts and decisions clearly to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, incorporating feedback while confidently explaining design rationale.
  • Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery, identifying problems and developing thoughtful, creative solutions.
  • Help structure and organise design work, documentation, and workflows so projects progress efficiently across distributed teams.
  • Contribute to experimental and innovative digital experiences, including immersive websites, animations, micro-interactions, and other emerging design approaches where relevant.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Digital Design, or a comparable senior design position.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UI/UX capabilities, visual design quality, and creative range, particularly across web experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping and the ability to communicate complex interactions effectively.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, information architecture and hierarchy, responsive design, and accessibility fundamentals.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a deliberate and consistent approach to grids, spacing, typography, composition, and layout.
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with developers or other technical teams and understanding the practical considerations involved in implementation.
  • Ability to take an idea from an initial concept or rough brief through user flows, design exploration, prototyping, and a polished final experience.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to challenge conventional approaches when appropriate.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with confidence presenting designs and articulating the reasoning behind design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively within a fully remote environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, particularly for designers who enjoy working closely with front-end development.
  • Additional experience with motion design, UI animation, micro-interactions, transitions, 3D assets, mobile applications, e-commerce, AI-driven creative workflows, or experimental digital experiences is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
