QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience leading large-scale UX/UI projects
• Knowledge of federal accessibility guidelines
• Portfolio showcasing user research, visual design, and usability studies

• Lead UX/UI design initiatives across multiple projects
• Translate user research into wireframes, prototypes, and user stories
• Conduct usability testing and user outreach to validate design decisions
• Ensure designs align with industry best practices and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver cohesive design solutions
• Present design rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership
