Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with R&D to provide product design inputs and support feasibility assessment activities Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advisory boards, and physician customers Facilitate user needs workshops and incorporate customer feedback into upstream product development Contribute to upstream marketing training programs, including content development and facilitation Drive the new product development process, including concept evaluation, feature optimization, and launch planning Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, and Education) to ensure alignment and execution across functions Lead product lifecycle planning and portfolio strategy initiatives Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or business Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data and translate into actionable insights Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with global teams Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel MBA or other advanced degree 4 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in upstream product marketing within the medical device industry preferred Experience in interventional oncology, embolization therapies, or image-guided interventions Exposure to hybrid roles encompassing forecasting, sustaining work, or quality oversight Participation in leadership development programs, training integration efforts, or cardiology-focused initiatives
