Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality, polished, and intuitive designs that bring delight and ease of use to the next-generation travel platform.
Presenting design solutions to stakeholders and confidently defending design decisions grounded in research and data.
Owning the build-out and governance of the design system and shared component libraries to ensure scalable, consistent user experiences.
Driving a culture of design excellence by sharing best practices across the design and product organization.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand goals, requirements, and customer needs, ensuring user experience informs every product decision.
Utilizing user-centered design methods across the product lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
Collaborating with developers to ensure delivery of accessible, responsive, and high-quality solutions across desktop and mobile devices.
Facilitating and leading design thinking workshops to align on goals, co-create solutions, and prioritize impactful improvements
