In this critical role, you will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end player journey across digital products. Champion user advocacy by leveraging research and analytics to shape product decisions. Translate strategy into action with clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead cross-functional alignment with teams such as architecture, engineering, and marketing. Monitor product performance using metrics to iterate based on data-driven insights. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparency across teams. Support delivery activities, including demos and training. Provide Agile leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee product releases and ensure documentation is accurate and updated. Maintain product and industry expertise to guide teams on best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or Business Administration. 7+ years of experience in product-related roles, especially in UX. Strong understanding of cross-team product development process. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to solve complex problems and clarify product direction from ambiguous requirements.
