ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager at Snaplii is responsible for spearheading our efforts to solidify and expand our market presence across the United States. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in digital marketing and a proven track record in driving growth within the tech industry. You will leverage deep insights into market trends and digital technologies to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to acquire new users through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and strategic collaborations with relevant brands.
  • Generate high-quality user leads through targeted campaigns and convert them into active users to the platform, focusing on user engagement and retention.
  • Plan, create, and manage innovative and compelling advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive user growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships in the Canadian Fintech and e-commerce space.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to improve user acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user onboarding process, improve user experience, and develop personalized marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and loyalty.
