JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior VB.Net / C# Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing software solutions using the WINS technology stack. You will work within an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing across the full software development lifecycle—from initial analysis and design to deployment and production support. Your expertise will help drive innovation and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that meet business and client needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development using the WINS solution stack (Windows Server, IIS, .Net, SQL Server).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with VB.Net, C#, .NET Core, ASP.Net.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, and Electron.
• Proven experience in cross-platform application development (desktop, web, mobile).
• Strong background in designing and developing Windows SDKs.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud development technologies and best practices.

• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and systems.
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and deployment activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to exlain data and application functionality.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
