POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly experienced, self-directed warehouse and distribution leader to oversee our Tucson-based global distribution operations and play a critical role in our 2026 Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive, hands-on warehouse management experience, strong knowledge of international trade, and the ability to collaborate effectively with all departments across the organization.
Experience with hazardous materials (Hazmat) and chemical handling is essential, including safe storage, transportation, and compliance with OSHA, DOT, and international regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years warehouse or distribution management experience, with global supply chain exposure.
• Proven ability to lead operations independently and introduce best practices.
• Experience working with WMS platforms; previous ERP exposure (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, international logistics, and export compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Certified or trained in Hazmat handling and chemical safety regulations.
