Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.
About the Role:
CrowdStrike is embarking on a strategic enhancement of its web infrastructure by adopting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to elevate the quality and efficiency of our web development. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Web Developer II to serve as a subject matter expert on our core web infrastructure and processes. In this role, you will be at the forefront of refining our digital presence, collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, eCommerce engineering, and the broader web team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead AEM adoption and implementation, developing scalable, secure web applications that align with business goals.
  • Act as the SME on web infrastructure, driving process improvements, best practices, and seamless platform integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions that enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and oversee documentation and performance optimization.
  • Manage multiple projects in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.

What You’ll Need:

  • Extensive AEM experience in building scalable, responsive, and secure web applications.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks.
  • Strong back-end expertise, including web services, APIs, and database integration.
  • Effective collaborator, able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven mentor, guiding and supporting less experienced team members.
  • Skilled problem-solver, troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing web infrastructure.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with other CMS platforms or digital marketing technologies.
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and modern DevOps practices.
  • Background in product-driven, engineering-focused environments.
