ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with webMethods Integration Server and associated tools.
  • Experience working with webMethods 10.x.Proficiency in API development and management, particularly using webMethods API Gateway.Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform).Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based deployments of webMethods components (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, and local development environments.
  • webMethods certifications (Designer, Integration Server, API Gateway) are a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and robust integration solutions using webMethods Integration Server, Broker, Universal Messaging, and related components.
  • Work with webMethods 10.x suite, particularly in API Gateway, Designer, and Developer.
  • Design and implement APIs using webMethods API Gateway or similar API gateway tools.
  • Develop and maintain reusable components and services adhering to integration best practices.
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions to define system integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Support and improve containerized deployment environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for webMethods components.
  • Leverage DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and local development setups.
  • Monitor performance, perform troubleshooting, and provide production support for integration applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, configurations, and procedures.
