Description

In this position, you’ll be responsible for transforming our website into a high-performing, user-centric platform that drives conversions and enhances our brand presence. Lead the strategic direction, design, and optimization of the website, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and delivers a seamless user experience.

It is good to know that this position is an individual contributor role, and you’ll report to the Team Lead Performance Marketing. However, within the Marketing department, we distinguish 4 sub-teams:

  • Performance Marketing
  • Product Marketing
  • Demand Generation
  • Brand Marketing

USER EXPERIENCE:

  • Understand, conceptualize, and translate user needs and interactions, into actual visual experiences;
  • Ensure the website aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a consistent brand experience;
  • Oversee the design and implementation of best-in-class UX/UI practices;
  • Create engaging and intuitive web experiences for new and returning visitors.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • Capable of discussing technical alternatives with the front-end team and making small adjustments independently (knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
  • Knowledgeable in evaluating new solutions, integrations, and platforms;
