Position Overview:

Responsibilities


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners and employees for complex Workday-related inquiries, with a focus on integrations and system performance.

    • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, PICOF, REST/SOAP APIs) with internal and third-party systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining data integrity and system performance.
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday integrations and related modules (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Time Tracking), providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, external vendors) to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement enhancements.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), SOX, and IT General Controls through secure integration design and audit-ready documentation.
    • Maintain and enhance Workday security roles and permissions related to integrations and data access.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, configuration guides, and support procedures.
    • Create and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
    • Lead the planning, testing, and implementation of Workday releases and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Provide training and mentorship to HRIS team members and end-users on integration capabilities and best practices.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, evidence, and subject matter expertise.
    • Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance automation, scalability, and user experience.
