The Workday HCM Business Analyst will be responsible for Leading functional/technical or a similar role focused on HR/(Human Capital Management) HCM providing design, configuration, testing and deployment of cloud-based solutions, Talent Management a plus. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions
DUTIES
Comprehensive understanding of HR Practices, compliance regulations and industry best practices
Comprehensive Understanding of the State’s Organization management and culture, specifically organization roles versus user roles and how organizations interact with user roles
Proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS Platform like Oracle Cloud HCM Workday, SAP SuccessFactors etc.
Demonstrated experience with solution design and configuration, data mapping, reporting tools and integration technologies.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and discussions with end-users, business owners and team members
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR business owners, IT Developers and project managers
